Deal Packaging Overview

Deal Packaging is the process of sourcing, structuring, and presenting property investment opportunities to other investors for a fee or profit share. Every project fee will depend on size, timeline pressure, value and complexity in the 1st instance.

It’s essentially about connecting great deals with the right investors, acting as the bridge between opportunity and capital.

We offer additional services, such as construction resourcing, Site Project Management, we also are constantly looking for Deals, forming relationships with agents across the region.

How It Works

Source the Opportunity Identify high‑potential or below‑market‑value properties through agents, off‑market channels or direct negotiation.
Analyse & Structure the Deal Assess profitability, risks, renovation or development potential, and negotiate favorable terms.
Package the Deal Create a complete investment pack including financials, comparables, due diligence and projected returns.
Present to Investors Match the opportunity with investors who want strong returns without sourcing deals themselves.
Earn Through Fees or Profit Share You are compensated for finding and structuring the deal, either through an upfront fee or a share of the profits.
